Cinnamon Magic Tea 
Ingredients 

Water- 1.5 cups

Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece

Cardamom pods- 8

Cloves- 8 whole

Milk- ⅔ cups

Sugar- as per taste

Tea Valley leaves- 3 tsp

Recipe for Cinnamon Magic Tea

  1. Bring the water and cinnamon sticks to a boil in a pot over medium-high heat on the stove. 
  1. To enhance the health benefits of the tea, add 6 to 8 cardamom pods and 6 to 8 cloves to the boiling water. 
  1. Reduce the heat until it has softened to a simmer, then leave the cinnamon in for ten minutes.
  1. Remove the pot from the heat and add the premium tea brand Tea Valley leaves (either in a strainer or directly in the pot to be strained later). An alternative is to re-simmer the mixture after adding milk and sugar (to taste). Let it steep for between one and two minutes, depending on how strong you want the flavor to be.
