There is a long history of using
turmeric tea in India as a form of medicine due to its anti-inflammatory and

Turmeric Chai Ingredients
Water- 500 ml
Tea valley leaves- 1 tsp
Ginger- 3 slices
Turmeric- 3 slices
Cardamom Seeds- 2 squashed
Cloves- 3 pieces
Fennel Seeds- a pinch
Almond Milk: Optional
Honey: As per taste
Turmeric Chai Method of Preparation
- The first
step is to fill a pan with water.
- Toss in
the fennel seeds, a pinch of ground ginger, ground turmeric, crushed
cardamom pods, and a pinch of ground cloves.
- Add Tea Valley tea leaves.
- After 5 or
6 minutes, turn off the flame and pour the drink into serving glasses and
serve.
- You can
drink it straight up or sweeten it with almond milk and honey.
